I understand that I am reserving a parcel of land .25 acres or greater that will be conveyed with a warranty deed. You'll receive full ownership with no easements, liens, or back taxes. It will be considered a "free & clear" Deed. After paying the non-refundable $250.00 reservation fee you'll be assigned a parcel number of our choosing & will receive a purchase contract within 72 hours.

The total cost of your land purchase is $1,500.00. The Reservation fee is $250 and covers your Admin + Processing costs. The $1,250 will be paid after you sign your purchase contract. We will not charge any other fees for your land purchase whatsoever, now or in the future.
